Use this checklist during the relocation process.

Instructions
- Speak directly with at least three residents about their relocation experience to date, including move-out, temporary accommodations, communication, and any other relevant topics.
- Walk through active relocation areas, temporary units, and dedicated spaces to help with relocation logistics if applicable, ideally with a Resident Council member if available.
- Be detailed — this survey captures the real-time experience with the relocation process and identifies issues that need immediate attention.
- Please explain in your notes if something was missing, delayed, poorly executed, or caused difficulties for residents.
