    Thank you for your interest in participating in this assessment. This survey serves a dual purpose: to pilot and validate our assessment tool, and to evaluate the impact of heritage-informed leadership and cultural transformation training programs. Your candid responses will help us understand how participants engage with the training content and strengthen future offerings. Purpose The purpose of this assessment is to gather information on your perspectives, experiences, and development across five key areas:

    1. Cultural Identity and Awareness

    2. Creative Capital and Expression

    3. Psychological Wellbeing and Cultural Joy

    4. Community of Practice and Digital Ecosystem

    5. Psychological Capital Through Cultural Wisdom

    These areas reflect the values and goals of the training and will help us validate this tool for future use.

    Procedures

    If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete two surveys: one before the leadership training begins (pre-test) and one after the training is complete (post-test Each will take approximately 12-15 minutes. The surveys will ask about your perspectives and experiences related to cultural identity, creativity, well-being, and collaboration.

    Confidentiality

    Your responses will be kept strictly confidential. All data will be de-identified and analyzed in aggregate form only. No names or identifying information will be linked to your responses. If quotes are used from open-ended responses, they will be anonymized.

    Use of Data

    By completing this survey, you consent to allow your responses to be used for program evaluation and research purposes, including possible publication in future reports or academic articles. Your identity will never be disclosed.
