Dear Parent or Guardian,
Your child would like to participate in Equisarte Show's Holiday Mini Challenge/ Ring in the New Year Challenge! To
participate, your child must provide his/her personal information (first and last name, email, city and state of residence, his/her photos, and a parent/guardian’s first and last name, electronic signature, and email. The information collected will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone else, except with parent/guardian consent- the child’s name, age, city, state, and photos posted during the event may be used to promote the challenge. Equisarte Shows, LLC is the sole owner of all of the information that is collected. The personal information provided by the child is used to track program participation, accept junior registration, notify program winners, and distribute awards. Only with parent/guardian consent, the child’s name, city, state, and photos taken during the event may be used to promote the challenge. This includes, but is not limited to, outreach via social media, newsletter, announcements, and websites.
