Use this checklist to ask about the relocation process once it has been completed and residents have returned to their unit.

Instructions
- Speak directly with at least three residents about their complete relocation experience, including return, final repairs, quality of work, and satisfaction with upgraded units.
- Walk through upgraded apartments and common areas with a Resident Council member if possible.
- Be detailed — this survey provides the final assessment of the overall relocation process.
- Please explain in your notes if something was poorly executed or missing during the final stages of the relocation process.
