Below are the registration rules and reminders to ensure a smooth and successful event for all participants. The registration deadline is January 21 at 11:59 PM. Late entries will not be accepted.
Registration & Schedule
We are now accepting teams for this year’s showcase. Warm-up and performance schedules will be released one week before the event.
Registration Fee : $5 per student/participant
Participant Waivers
Every participant must have a completed waiver signed by a parent or guardian prior to the event.
Waivers may be:
• Submitted during bracelet pick-up
• Emailed beforehand
• Turned in at check-in on the day of the event
Performance Guidelines
No Elaborate Stunts or Routines:
For safety reasons, no elaborate stunts, lifts, or acrobatic skills are permitted.
Performances should focus on:
• Clean choreography
• Synchronization
• Creativity
All routines must ensure the safety of every participant.
Participation Packets
Participation packets will be available for pickup on Wednesday, January 21st, at the LIFE Pavilion between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Each packet will include:
• Athlete’s bracelets
• 3 coach bracelets
Additional Coaches:
If a team requires more than three coaches to access the warm-up area, please list the names of additional coaches. Additional coaches will be charged a $5 fee per person.
All bracelets must be worn before entering the event. Please ensure every athlete and coach has their bracelet on prior to arrival.
Awards & Recognition
Each team will receive 1 team certification, plus medals for every athlete.
General Reminders
Check-In Process
Upon arrival, check in at the designated registration table to confirm your team’s presence and submit any remaining paperwork.
Be Prepared
All performance music must be provided on a USB drive.
Please ensure the track is:
• Clearly labeled
• Ready to play
No other formats (CDs, phones, aux connections, etc.) will be accepted.
Respect the Schedule
Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may cause teams to miss their scheduled performance time.
