- I confirm that I took the photo(s) I am submitting, and I am the full owner of the copyright. I understand I must not upload photos taken by anyone else.

- I give Wild TCG (and its owners) a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to use my submitted photo(s), special ability names, descriptions, ideas, and other content submissions in any part of the card game, marketing materials, packaging, social media, websites, or future products. I understand that Wild TCG may edit, adapt, rename, modify, combine, or otherwise use these submissions at its discretion. This permission cannot be revoked or withdrawn in the future.

- I understand that Wild TCG may or may not use my photo(s). I am not guaranteed payment, credit, or inclusion unless Wild TCG chooses to provide it.

- I agree that I will not file a claim, complaint, or lawsuit against Wild TCG for using my submitted photo(s) according to this agreement. I understand that submitting false or stolen photos is a violation of copyright law and I accept full responsibility for the content I upload.
