Liability & Agreement
The Tower District Business Association, Hot Rod Coalition, Inc., the Tower District Car Show, show producer, show manager, show judges, and show personnel may not be held responsible for theft of, or damage to, vehicles or any artifacts on display at the event. Exhibitor agrees to obtain insurance covering the exhibitor’s vehicle, trailer, display, and all belongings. The exhibitor assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage.
In consideration of acceptance of the right to participate in the Tower Car Show, the undersigned participant agrees to indemnify the Tower District Business Association, Hot Rod Coalition, Inc., staff, event sponsors, vendors, City of Fresno, committees, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, and/or losses that the exhibitor and guests (including family and relatives) may sustain or incur as a result of their attendance or participation in this event.
