By signing below, I/we acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. No Prior Viewing:
I/we have chosen to apply for and rent the property located at address listed in the document without conducting an in-person visit or inspection of
the property.
2. Acceptance of Property As-Is:
I/we acknowledge that by proceeding with this lease, I/we
are accepting the property in its current condition, as is. I/we understand that the property's current state, features, and condition have been described to the best of the property manager's and/or owner's knowledge, and no further representations are being made beyond what has been provided.
3. No Right to Back Out:
I/we agree that once the lease agreement is signed and all funds,
including the security deposit and any required rent payments, are paid, there will be no right to back out or cancel the lease agreement based on the condition of the property, as I/we are accepting it sight-unseen.
4. Binding Lease:
Upon signing the lease agreement and completing all required payments,
the lease will be legally binding for the entire duration stated in the agreement. Early termination will be subject to the terms and penalties outlined in the lease.
