    Directions: All individuals who desire GOP Data Center access must first submit a completed New User Request Form & User Agreement before an account can be approved or denied by the Idaho GOP. Please complete the form below. The Idaho GOP reserves the right to review, approve, and/or deny all requests for access to GOP Data Center.

  • GOP DATA CENTER USER AGREEMENT

    THIS AGREEMENT is made on   Pick a Date*   

          , hereinafter referred to as "User", for the use of the Idaho Republican Party's GOP Data Center, in consideration of the mutual promises, terms, and conditions contained herein.

    In order to gain access to the GOP Data Center and the voter registration information contained within GOP Data Center, User agrees to and complies with the following terms and conditions:

    • The term of this Agreement shall commence on the above date and shall continue until terminated as herein provided or provided on the GOP Data Center access request form.
    • User will limit use of this voter information to political purposes only. User agrees that under no circumstances will this information be used for commercial purposes.
    • User will only use the GOP Data Center for the purpose stated on the GOP Data Center User Request Form. All other uses are strictly prohibited without written consent of the Idaho Republican Party’s Data Administrator or his or her designee.
    • User will not share any lists, exports, or any other information found within the GOP Data Center, outside of the granted purpose, without the consent and direction of the Idaho Republican Party’s Data Administrator or his or her designee.
    • User will not disclose the contents, functionalities, and images of GOP Data Center. These are highly confidential and the sharing of GOP Data Center information without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
    • User acknowledges that the information found in GOP Data Center is developed from a compilation of different sources and therefore has potential for error.
    • User will never knowingly make or intentionally permit inaccurate or malicious changes to any record.
    • User will under no circumstances share login name or password with anyone other than the Idaho Republican Party’s Data Administrator or his or her designee.
    • User is aware that any login, edit, download or any other action performed within GOP Data Center can be and is frequently monitored by the Idaho Republican Party.
    • User will adhere to any future terms and conditions that may be added at any time by the Republican National Committee or the Idaho Republican Party. Any objections to these terms may result in the immediate termination of access to GOP Data Center and may be viewed as a direct violation of this agreement.
    • User will indemnify and hold Idaho Republican Party free and harmless from any and all liability, claims, loss, damage, or expenses, including counsel fees and costs, arising by reason of any libel, slander, Federal or State campaign finance violation caused or allegedly caused by any negligent or intentional act of User or any person to whom User has given information from GOP Data Center, or by User's failure to perform any covenant, term, condition or act required by this Agreement.
    • In the event that User commits a material breach of this Agreement, as defined above, Idaho Republican Party may, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies that may be available to Idaho Republican Party terminate this Agreement by terminating User’s access to GOP Data Center and enforce all of the Idaho Republican Party's rights and remedies under the terms hereof, including the right to recover possession from User any information derived from GOP Data Center and to file a claim for such damages as may be available at law.
    • The Idaho Republican Party shall be entitled to recover costs and reasonable attorney's fees in any action or proceeding to secure any rights under this Agreement or enforce any remedies available hereunder or at law.
    • The waiver by the Idaho Republican Party of any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a continuing waiver or a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or a different provision hereof.
    • This Agreement constitutes the sole and complete agreement of the parties concerning GOP Data Center, and correctly sets forth the right and obligations of the parties hereto. Any agreement or representation between the parties hereto respecting the subject matter of this Agreement, whether oral or in writing, which is not expressly set forth in this instrument, is null, void, and of no legal effect.
    • The Idaho Republican Party reserves the right to add users, remove users, and edit access levels to GOP Data Center as deemed appropriate. Access to GOP Data Center is a privilege and therefore can be removed at any time without prior notification. Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in the loss of GOP Data Center access and potential legal action to enforce the terms of this Agreement.
