The success of TeamWorks rests largely on the committment of our Crew Leaders. Crews cannot rise to their full potential without leaders who are physically and emotionally present throughout training and the course of the entire season.  Work days are typically 10 hours long, Monday through Thursday with a few exceptions due to holidays.
