Petition to Pave Miracle Valley Roads

I _________________________, a resident and/or property owner in Miracle Valley of Hereford, petition the Cochise County Board of Supervisors to vote to add Cana Street and the remaining part of E Faith Avenue as County maintained roads, and to pave and ensure drainage for these and the following currently maintained County roads:

• Axe Head Drive
• Cana Street
• Guidance Way
• Honeysuckle Drive
• Joy Avenue
• Kedron Drive
• Rainbow Ranch Road
• Rapid Way
• Sandstone Drive

Note that the West of E Faith Ave is already County maintained and paved, while the East part has been overlooked. Please maintain and pave this also.

These roads are part of an approved, platted subdivision. They were built with the minimum required public right-of-way and connect to existing paved roads. They serve multiple addresses and overall traffic circulation. As a community, we have waited patiently for our turn, year after year, trusting the County will eventually bring the same level of care here that has been extended elsewhere. 

Miracle Valley is a living community of more than 700 residents made up of young families, military workers, veterans, retirees, and hardworking people who call this place home.

Better roads would mean more safety during monsoon season, faster emergency response times and renewed confidence that the County values every corner of its jurisdiction equally.

I petition you to tend to this road maintenance as a priority for 2026. Thank you for your dedication and consideration.
