    This award recognizes a parks and recreation agency that has demonstrated outstanding support and commitment to District 10 and the advancement of the parks and recreation profession within District 10. The honored agency actively encourages staff participation in professional development, supports District10 and CPRS events, and contributes to the growth and visibility of the field through collaboration, innovation, and community impact.
  • Eligibility

    • Open to District 10 agencies.
    • Must have supported District 10 initiatives over the past year through participation, hosting, or other active involvement.
    • Recognizes agencies that promote professional development, encourage staff engagement, and advance the parks and recreation profession.
    • Honored agencies show leadership, collaboration, and community impact that strengthen District 10.
  • Nominee Information

  • Nominees will be evaluated on the four areas listed below, each worth 25 points.

    • Support for District 10 and CPRS: Demonstrated support through partnerships, hosting events or trainings, and other efforts that strengthen the organization and the profession.
    • Staff Engagement and Professional Development: Commitment to encouraging staff involvement in District 10 and CPRS activities, including service, training, and professional growth opportunities.
    • Agency Participation and Operational Support: Active contribution of staff time, facilities, or resources that assist with District 10 programs, meetings, or events.
    • Active Engagement and Leadership Presence: Consistent participation and leadership that positively influence District 10 operations, events, and member experiences.
