Awards Nomination

The NCDSA Exceptional Educator Award aims to acknowledge the hard work and tremendous impact that educators have in the lives of our children. The award will be presented on March 1, 2025. Please fill out this form to nominate for our Exceptional Educator award. The candidate must work in an educational setting within North Carolina and have made an impact on a student with Down syndrome. Teachers, principals, para professionals, maintenance staff, etc. are all eligible, so long as they left a lasting positive impact on a child with Down syndrome within the school.
