including photographs, videos, voice recordings, quotes, stories, and other written statements (collectively, “Submissions”), together with my name and/or voice, for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to me.
Use may include reproduction, distribution, publication, display, license or derivative works, may be by any means and without limit, may be in composite or modified forms, and may occur in any media, now known or later developed, including without limitation newspapers, magazines, television, radio, brochures, books, the Internet and social media and may include editing, adapting, translating, excerpting, or creating synthetic, enhanced, or otherwise modified versions of the Submissions using digital tools or artificial intelligence. I release any right to inspect or approve finished materials incorporating the Submissions.
I represent and warrant that I created or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the Submissions, that any individuals appearing in them have provided any required permissions, and that the Submissions do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
I acknowledge Pierce Transit exclusively owns all rights to the Submissions and to any derivative works, and that this permission is perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and fully transferable or sublicensable by Pierce Transit.
