Sitting Meditation Session
Come join us for a special meditation practice which unifies both body and mind. The core of this practice is centered on traditional seated meditation through which we will practice mental clarity and concentration. This session will also include Chan exercises, stretching and movement exercises which help loosen and invigorate our bodies. These exercises will help prepare and focus our minds and bodies for seated meditation.
