Replacement Certificate

Former students of The Loss Prevention Group, Inc. (LPG) based in Oakland, CA, may order a replacement Guard Card training completion certificate (Power to Arrest / WMD / Terrorism Awareness / Appropriate Use of Force) or any other certificate issued by our facility. The cost for a replacement certificate is $30.
