Event: Cranksgiving Food Drive Ride

Organizers: The New Wheel, George Koster, and event volunteers
I agree to the following conditions for participation in the Cranksgiving Food Drive Ride:
1. I know the risks I understand that riding a bicycle on open roads is potentially dangerous, especially while carrying groceries or cargo. I assume all risks associated with this ride, including traffic, road conditions, weather, theft, and my own physical fitness.
2. I will ride safely I agree to wear a helmet at all times, obey all traffic laws, stop at stop signs, and ride in a predictable manner. I agree to load my bicycle in a way that is safe and does not endanger myself or others.
3. I release the organizers I will not sue or hold the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank, The New Wheel, George Koster, or the volunteers checking in riders responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or lost property that occurs during this event. I understand this release applies even if the accident is caused by the negligence of the organizers or volunteers.
4. I am healthy I certify that I am physically fit and capable of completing this ride.
5. Media Release I allow the organizers to use photos or videos of me from this event to promote future food drives and rides.
