Team Expression of Interest Form

Tournament Requirements: 

• Each team must have a minimum of 9 women players.
• You can make a team of women from any Baseball Club.
• Maximum of 2 permit players per team may be available upon request and approval.
• Permit players must be at least 33 years of age as of date of tournament.
• Permit players are not permitted to pitch or catch during the tournament.
• Each team is required to supply an umpire which may or may not be required during the tournament. 
• Team fees are $225.00 per team entry to cover the first 9 players. Additional $25.00 per player. The team fee is required before 9/3/26, additional players can be paid on the day of tournament.
