Santa's Toy Workshop

We are pleased to share the information regarding the Annual Santa’s Toy Workshop. While this may be a lot of information to process, it is imperative that you read it in its entirety.
When: Saturday, December 20, 2025
Time: Saturday, 10:00am-2:00pm
There will be no assigned shopping times so please plan to wait in line, patiently :)
Where: Voices for Children
Important Event Details
This will be the only time we are distributing toys.
We will try to accommodate all requests, but please note, toys are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee fulfillment of specific toy requests due to high demand. All toys must be picked up at the designated program time. Please don't submit a request if you can't attend this day.
- To participate, you must complete the following form by Thursday, 12/18/2025, at 5pm. Forms must be completed in its entirety, please follow the instructions on the form. No exceptions.
- The form must be completed online; paper copies will not be accepted. If any information is missing the request may go unfulfilled. Please note that if there are more than three children in the family or case number, you will need to complete an additional form. If you included more than three children on the form, the request will be denied.
- Please select 2 toys per child. If requesting a gift card, please only select the gift card, no other gift will be provided. Gift cards are only for children over 14, if available. Failure to complete this section correctly will result in request being declined.
- You will be responsible for bringing your own shopping bags to collect your items.
- We ask for your patience while waiting in line to shop and please note that Santa's Helpers are dedicated youth from our community.
