Accountability Group Dropout Policy

To ensure the integrity and commitment of all participants in our accountability groups, we have implemented the following policy regarding program withdrawal:

1. Commitment to Completion: We ask all participants to commit to completing the program in its entirety. The program runs for 5 weeks, with the final day of the session occurring on the Sunday of Week 5.

2. Early Withdrawal Fee: If you choose to drop out of the program prior to the conclusion of Week 5 (the Sunday of Week 8), you will incur a fee of $25 per day for each remaining day of the program from the date of your withdrawal.

3. 3 Day Rule: If you fail to submit your stats 3 days or more, you will be removed from the group.

4. Exemptions: The early withdrawal fee will be waived in cases of a death in the family or serious injury.

5. Future Participation: Any participant who drops out of the program before its conclusion will not be eligible to rejoin future sessions of this program.

6. Payment of Fee: The early withdrawal fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

We aren't asking for perfect stats; we want you to still show up for yourself no matter what is happening in your life. By joining this program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
