Senior Tribe Team Application Overview

Being a Senior Tribe Team rep for Rising Soliz Photography means being considered for a select, year-long senior experience. Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed carefully to determine which students are the best fit for the Senior Tribe Team.

If selected, Senior Tribe reps commit to using Rising Soliz Photography as their sole senior-year photographer. The program begins in the late spring of your junior year and continues through the spring of your senior year.

Team Requirements & Expectations

Parental Awareness & Permission
You MUST have your parent or guardian’s permission to apply. Parents will be contacted if you are selected.
Applicants whose parent or guardian is not aware will not be considered.

Individual Senior Session Requirement
Senior Tribe representatives are required to book one individual full or petite senior session, which must be completed by April 23, 2027.
Collection pricing begins at $650 for petite sessions and $950 for full sessions.
Tribe representatives receive exclusive additional discounts and booking incentives, which are shared after acceptance and vary by booking window.

Final payment of the base collection for individual session is due 7 days prior to the scheduled session date. If payment is not received by this deadline, the session date will be released.

Tribe reps receive priority access to available dates, and session timing will be finalized together based on your preferred season and availability.

Styled Group Sessions
Reps must be available for a weekday styled kickoff group session in May or June 2026.
Additional styled group or pop-up sessions may be offered during the winter and spring but are not required.

Social Media Participation
Senior Tribe reps should be comfortable being photographed and sharing images on social media, including tagging Rising Soliz Photography and leaving posts visible.

Referrals
Representatives are expected to help spread the word about Rising Soliz Photography by sharing images and referring friends. Referral credits may be earned toward your senior session order for each qualifying referral.

Retainer Requirement

If selected, a non-refundable $450 retainer is required to secure your spot on the Senior Tribe Team. Two payment installments available for retainer.
$200 of this retainer will be applied toward your individual senior session collection.

Early Access (Love Captured Mission) applicants have separate retainer terms, which will be outlined in their acceptance email.

PARENTS AND SENIOR: READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE SUBMITTING: By clicking submit, I understand that if I am chosen as a RSP Senior Tribe Team Rep, I will be contractually required to use RSP as my photographer the remainder of my senior year and agree to not use any other photographers for the duration of the Senior Rep Program. I also understand that this application will be reviewed by RSP and it is not a guaranteed acceptance into the Rep Program. In addition, I understand that, if chosen as a Rep, I am required to pay the non refundable sign on/retainer fee of $450 and sign the contract to commit by Friday, February 13th.*
