Tennessee Hippie Fest – Vendor Guidelines
📍 Location: Hop Springs • Murfreesboro, TN
⏰ Set-Up Time: Friday 2PM-5PM and Saturday 7AM - 9AM
🎪 Festival Hours: Saturday • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🛖 Booth Size: Single space = 10 ft x 10 ft
Prohibited Merchandise & Services
- To maintain a safe, family-friendly environment, the following are NOT permitted:
Spiritual / Magick / Supernatural Items
- No spiritual, magick, or supernatural merchandise or services
No religious merchandise
No tarot, palm reading, reiki, psychic readings, or similar services
No “new age” or “supernatural” products or services of any kind
No products advertised as having therapeutic or healing properties

- Weapon, Drug, or Cannabis-Related Items
- No weapon, political, or drug-related merchandise
No smoking or drug paraphernalia of any kind
No cannabis-related products (including pipes, CBD, or accessories)
No merchandise displaying cannabis imagery (no pot leaves, etc.)
General Event Rules
- RAIN OR SHINE EVENT – There is no rain date.
To promote fair sales, we aim to limit the number of similar vendors; however, exclusivity cannot be guaranteed.
We will try to accommodate location requests, but specific placement is not guaranteed.
Children under 10 must remain at your booth unless accompanied by an adult.
Emergencies happen — if you must leave early, contact Angela or Tyler Ludwig.
By submitting your application, you agree not to hold Angela or Tyler Ludwig, the venue, other vendors, or event participants liable for theft, damage, injury, or any unforeseen events.
Event Logistics
- Tennessee Hippie Fest is an outdoor festival — vendors must bring their own tents, tables, displays, and supplies.
No water or electrical hookups are available.
All vendor space sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued for cancellation, inclement weather, or any other reason.
The vendor fee includes festival admission for the registered vendor + one helper.
