Policies
• 🚫 No refunds

• Installment plan is applicable up to four months from first payment date.

•🔄 Makeup Class Policy: WSC deems emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Emergencies include related death in family, contracting a contagious illness or injury to Client or Client's family members. In this case rescheduling services is appropriate. Client must reach out to Creative Consultant in a timely manner (24 hours before seminar or workshop start time.)

WSC Service Contract for Creative Educational Services & Media Consent

What’s She Creating? Enterprises is not liable for any defects, damage, injury or other incident while using the sewing machine, sewing related equipment, tools or supplies which could cause bodily, mental or emotional harm to the Client on location or location surrounding before, during or after class/workshop/experience.

Cancellations/Rescheduling Client will not be refunded for services. Client must reach out to Creative Consultant in a timely manner (24 hours before class starts.) We will gladly offer a credit or rescheduling of services to use toward a future workshop/seminar if notified at least 24 hours before the client’s registered workshop. If client notifies WSC between 0-24 hours before client's registered workshop/session start rescheduling will be cancelled or an additional $30 fee of inconvenience will be added. Fee will need to be paid in order to reschedule next session/workshop. This does not apply to a newly booked session/workshop. Client has up to four months from the time of workshop to reschedule class or forfeit enrollment fee. Please respect the health of others! Do not attend sessions if you are not feeling well. Media

What’s She Creating Enterprises may use the participant’s and/or parent/caregiver’s name, photograph, voice, image, and information to be used for its publications, promotional materials, social networks, and website, without compensation and without prior notice. If you do not agree, please reach out to neci@whatsshecreating.com.

Late Pickup Policy
Please pick up your child on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed after class ends. After that, a $1-per-minute late fee applies. Fees must be paid before your child attends the next class. After 15 minutes, we’ll contact your emergency contact. Repeated late pickups will affect your child’s enrollment.
