Signers certify their legal age of 18 years old and older.
I, the undersigned, wish to participate in activities hosted by triBE and its activity leaders. I understand and acknowledge that in order to participate in triBE activities, I accept all activity conditions and its physical requirements. I represent that, to my knowledge, I am in good health and suffer no physical impairment that would or should prevent my participation. I assume all liability and responsibility for any and all potential risks and injuries associated with participation in triBE activities and I will not hold triBE or its activity leaders liable or pursue legal action against them. I agree to hold triBE and its activity leaders harmless and release all liability, including actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from triBE activities.
I also grant permission to triBE and its activity leaders to take and use photographs and/or video images of me for use in social media promotions. I authorize the use of the images without compensation to me.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this participation waiver and fully understand its content, and agree to its terms. I understand this is a release of liability and this waiver is valid for a duration of one year from the date of signing. I sign of my own free will.
