For a student wanting to apply for the CSALT program, the minimum requirements are:

Faith: You follow Jesus and want to grow in your relationship with Him. Surfing/Skating: You love surfing or skating (skill level doesn’t matter). Serving: You care about helping others and making a difference. Open to Discipleship: You’re ready to be mentored, grow in faith, and join a faith-filled community. Active: Able to surf, skate, and join in service activities. Age: 18–25.Commitment: You’re ready to fully commit to the program.
