Belongings

To make sure your dog stays comfortably in our hotel, we provide a bed, bowls for food and water. However, we suggest that you bring their favourite things that smell familiar, and don't forget their pet passport with recently updated vaccinations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- To finalise your booking, we require a booking payment that will be served as your deposit.
- If you cancel at least 14 days before the agreed period, the deposit fee will be refunded 100%.
- If you cancel within 7 - 14 days before the agreed period, the deposit fee will be refunded 50%.
- If you cancel within less than 7 days before the agreed period, the deposit fee will be forfeited.
- We do not issue refunds for early pick-up on your side.
- Please note that dates agreed in any way (in writing, by word of mouth) are considered only as a temporary reservation.
- Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid, which is due 3 days after submitting a request.
Waiver & Consent
1. I confirm that I have read Lemmika's Terms & Conditions.
2. I confirm that I own the pet or I was given authority by the owner to take ownership of the pet.
3. I assure Lemmika that my dog is currently in good health.
4. I acknowledge that Lemmika reserve the right to refuse service if my dog does not meet their requirements or poses a risk to other guests, staff, or even themselves.
5. I confirm that my dog has a complete and updated core vaccinations.
6. I acknowledge that my dog should have a safety collar with a leash and a proper winter coat for walking outside.
7. I confirm that my dog doesn't have any fleas or any communicable diseases.
8. I release Lemmika, its employees, and its owners from any liability, including injury, sickness, damage, accident, or death while in the vicinity.
9. If ever I wasn't able to pick up my pet on time, Lemmika will be calling the owner and getting authorisation for the pet to stay in a designated shelter.
10. If my pet needs medical attention, I authorise Lemmika to have them looked at by the veterinarian.
11. I understand Lemmika is not responsible for lost or damaged toys, bedding, or other items left with my pet.
12. If my pet causes any damage to the property of Lemmika, I hereby acknowledge and accept responsibility for replacing the affected items or providing appropriate financial restitution.
13. Lemmika has my permission & the right to take photographs of my pet, and to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
