Flexible Space Options for Island Atelier

We offer two versatile space configurations for Island Atelier.

✨ Standard Space - 2m x 1.5m space at $995 for both days✨

✨Premium Space - 3m x 1.5m space at $1195 for both days✨

(We kindly request that clothing brands take nothing less than 3 x 1m)

Due to Overwhelming demand, we will hold open our Early Bird rates until Saturday 21st March!

✨ 2m x 1.5m space will now be just $895 for both days ✨

✨ 3m x 1.5m space will now be just $995 for both days!✨

OR Create your ideal space - customize your presence by combining multiple spaces to create a larger cohesive space - contact us for more details.

Targeted social media campaign, multi-channel marketing campaign, PR, as well as full coverage on the Sentosa Islander app, and Sentosa website, with EDM blasts, and lots more are all part of the Island Atelier difference.

Set Up Details

Set up is from 10am on Friday 17th April. We want to give you plenty of time to make your space look utterly fabulous! Please ensure you are set up and ready by 3.30pm for the arrival of the Atelier Insiders at 4pm (there are always a few who are early!).

Please ensure you do not begin to pack up until the event is finished at 6pm on Saturday 18th April

We will send a full logistics email nearer the time, giving access details, along with our recommended movers etc.

Allocation of spaces will be at the discretion of the Island Atelier Team, and cannot be changedYou will need to supply your own tables, racks etc.You will need to ensure your set up remains within the set size that you have chosen.Stall Fee is non-refundableSharing your stall with other brands is not permitted.Selling multiple brands from one stall is not permitted without prior agreement from the OrganisersYou agree to keep the your space well presented and manned at all timesSubject to availability of Power Points, you will bring your own extension cable on the dayYou agree to a minimum of 5 posts and bi-weekly stories (including sharing the fair flyers that we send to you) to help promote and post about the fair on your social media feeds, IG, FB etc - anybody NOT adhering to this requirement will NOT be invited back.
