Step into our cosy fireside grotto, to enjoy a magical visit with Santa!

Each ticket includes a wrapped gift chosen for your child’s age group & you’re welcome to take your own photos during your visit.

Please arrive on time — Santa runs a tight sleigh schedule! 🎄✨

Terms & Conditions

At least one adult must attend each child’s session.
Children cannot enter the grotto without an accompanying adult.
Every paid child ticket includes one wrapped gift.
Children under 1 year old do not require a ticket and will not receive a gift.
You are welcome to take your own photos with Santa.
Each visit is 5 minutes — please arrive on time. We cannot guarantee your booking if you arrive late.
There is a Maximum of 6 people allowed in the grotto at one time.
If you are booking for more than a family of 6, you must book an additional slot.
Only the children named on the booking will be granted access to the grotto.
Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times.
All bookings are non-refundable.
Our soft play is open for an extra hour while the grotto is running.
Soft play must be booked separately using the link above.
If you have a soft play booking and your grotto visit falls during that session, your child must exit the soft play to attend their grotto time slot.
We will not accept walk ins
