The New Professional Mentoring track is designed to match new compliance professionals with senior-level mentors to encourage growth, retention and inclusion in the compliance industry.
- Mentees should have between one (1) and three (3) years of full-time experience working in NCAA compliance.
*Interns and graduate assistants are not eligible for this program, but are highly encouraged to participate in other NAAC professional development opportunities throughout the academic year.
Programming Note: The Professional Development Committee will host exclusive programming at the NAAC Convention this summer and during the 2026-27 academic year, which all mentors and mentees are required to attend.
