Organ Donation Advocacy Day at Minnesota State Capitol
RSVP is required in order to schedule a meeting with your State Representative and Senator.

Important: Each attendee must submit their own RSVP. Legislative meetings are scheduled by home address, so we need a separate form for every individual to ensure accurate scheduling.

The RSVP deadline to receive an advocacy t-shirt is Friday, February 6, 2026. If you RSVP after this date, we cannot guarantee a t-shirt.
