Commission Process 

Order Process

- After submitting the form please contact me on Instagram
- Slots will only be confirmed after 70% deposit is received 
- after slots are confirmed a sketch will be sent, up to (3) revisions can be done on this stage 
- To track the progress of your commission a Trello ticket would be given.

Artist Integrity 

- I will not replicate another artist's design. inspirations are always welcome :) 
- Only with explicit permission from the original creator. I will consider the project but it will be at my own discretion
- I have the right to refuse any project that are beyond my capabilities

Won’t do 

- Wholesale orders ( i do not do bulk orders) 
- Rush orders with unrealistic turn around time

Production time 

- Each custom piece takes 1- month depending of design complexity
and current queue
- Rush orders will take 2 weeks with added fee

Design ownership 

Custom designs will be part of DizzSoup catalog i reserve the right to: 
- photograph and post the commission piece on socials
- reproduce design elements for future releases (not the whole design)

If you want exclusivity over the design. A fee may be added, pls inform me ahead of time

Local Shipping
> J&T shipping and gogoexpress (3-7 working days) shipping 80 - 130 php
> metro manila same day shipping : Lalamove and Grab express 
International Shipping 
>  DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY (3-7 business days) (Shipping fee: 40-50usd)
> POSTAL DELIVERY (1-3 months) (Shipping fee: 25-30usd+)
