Important Booking Info - Please read before booking.

Furnished Properties - Some prices listed (inventories & move in) apply to unfurnished properties. A furnished supplement applies: Room +£10 | Small +£20 | Medium +£30 | Large +£40 | XL +£50

Larger Properties (8+ Bedrooms) - For properties with more than 7 bedrooms, please contact for exact prices.

Property Scope - Standard pricing includes up to one kitchen | two living areas | two bathrooms. Please note any additional rooms may incur additional fees (living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, outbuildings, or annexes).

Scope of Service - Block bookings include standard services only; inventories, move ins and move outs are excluded. Additional Charges apply if the slot is exceeded.

Turnaround Times - Standard feedback is provided within 3 hours of the booking time. Detailed reports (e.g., inventories) are delivered within 24–48 hours.

Travel - Travel to the property within 3 miles of Leicester City is included. Beyond this, £0.60 per mile will be invoiced separately.

Key Collections/Returns - Key collection/returns are only included in Move-In/Move-Out services within 3 miles of the property; beyond this, the same travel charge applies. For other services, key collection/return is available as a discounted add-on.

Availability - Last-minute bookings may be accepted subject to availability. Please call to confirm before booking.

VAT - All prices include VAT.
