  • UNBSU External Conference Funding Terms & Conditions

    By submitting this form, I acknowledge that all External Conference Funding Requests must be submitted a minimum of 15 business days prior to the start date of the conference. I understand that in order to access this funding, all receipts must be submitted to the Welcome Centre in the Student Union Building for review before any reimbursement is issued. Receipts may also be emailed directly to the SU Admin Assistant at tnoble@unb.ca, and the email must include the name of the conference, all receipts, and my full name as it should appear on the reimbursement cheque. I understand that reimbursement will only be processed once all documentation has been verified. I acknowledge that funding approvals are determined solely by the UNBSU Vice President Finance & Operations and that submitting this form does not guarantee funding.
