Payment of the rental fee is due upon signing this Agreement.

Care and Use

Client agrees to use the backdrop(s) only as intended and not alter them.

The backdrop(s) must be stored in a clean, dry, and secure location when not in use.

Damage and Loss

Client is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including loss or theft.

Return

The backdrop(s) must be available for pickup on date stated. Late returns may incur

additional fees of $50 per day.

Cancellation

Cancellations made 14 days before the rental period will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 13 days or sooner will not receive a refund.

Liability

The Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the use of the

rented items.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. Any

modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
