The organisers of this event have taken every precaution in the interest of public safety. By entering and attending the event you agree to absolve the organisers, promoters and managers of this event from any and all liability in respect of injury or damage to property however caused. In addition, it is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle holds the appropriate third-party liability cover as required by the road traffic act. You must hold a valid UK category C driving licence alongside a roadworthy vehicle. You are solely responsible for your vehicle at all times during the event. Harmston young farmers club accepts no responsibility.
Please note this is a Christmas tractor run raising money for charity and not a protest, please refrain from having any political paraphernalia on your vehicle. Anyone that does will be asked to remove it before the run begins.
