Thanks for inquiring about a return for ScooterSwapShop. Please take the time to read our return policy first. By submitting this form you acknowledge that you both read and understand our return policy. If we receive your returned item and it is ineligible for refund, if you want the part(s) shipped back you understand you are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred. If your return is ineligible for refund there will be a 7 day window from the day we receive your return before it is discarded and no longer available to ship back.

If the part is unopened and still new in package, please just take a photo of the package. DO NOT OPEN THE PART. If you haven't opened the shipping box, just send a photo of the shipping box. If the part has been opened or removed from the original packaging, include photos of every part. Multiple parts can be in one photo, we just need to be able to clearly see each part(s) in question. *

If a return is sent to us and the shipping label is missing your specific RMA # (we will give that to you) it may be sent back to you as return to sender. Please ensure when/if you are given the specific return instructions that you include the RMA Number one of our crew provides to you. The RMA number on the shipping label will help us see at a glance upon receipt if it's an eligible return.
