    Thank you for your interest in participating in the Columbus Chamber’s Partner Perks Program. This annual program highlights exclusive discounts and services offered by partners, for partners. Completing this application ensures we have accurate details on how your perk works, who to contact, and how partners can redeem it throughout the full calendar year.

    Please complete all sections below. Perks must remain available through December 31 of the year in which they are submitted. New partners joining mid-year may participate, but their perk must remain active until year-end.

    Existing partners who do not submit an application by May 31, 2026 may or may not be added to the Partner Perks Program for the remainder of the year. All applications submitted after the deadline will still be reviewed and considered, but inclusion is not guaranteed.
