Asian American Professional Association (AAPA) has four programs that will be accepting applicants in 2026:
Mentorship Program (MP)
In an increasingly GenAI world, it is critical that individuals and organizations form meaningful in-person connections. AAPA’s Mentorship Program aims to provide individuals with not only the skills and knowledge to network with others
but the opportunities to do so as well via mentorship with senior leaders and events.

Board Leadership Program (BLP)
With the world in need of more impactful leaders, AAPA’s Board Leadership Program (BLP) provides not only in-depth knowledge concerning what it takes to run a successful board but networking opportunities as well with other high impact individuals.

Entrepreneur Leadership Program (ELP)
In recognition of the increasing interest surrounding entrepreneurship, AAPA is in the process of developing an Entrepreneur Leadership Pilot (ELP) to help develop and hone their entrepreneurial mindset. This development and honing of the entrepreneurial mindset is critical for entrepreneurs to not only grow their businesses but to adapt to these highly competitive and dynamic
market conditions.

Toastmasters
With GenAI automating routine tasks, the need for individuals with excellent communication skills is more important than ever. Whether communicating
internally within an organization or externally with customers, individuals possessing excellent communication skills may be the difference between success and failure in the future. Toastmasters provides a safe space for individuals to build confidence, sharpen ommunication skills, receive practical tips to become more effective speakers, and connect with a supportive, growth-minded community.
