  • WCSD Sick Leave to HRA Conversion (SLHC) Program Application

  • The Washington County School District Sick Leave to HRA Conversion (SLHC) Program allows for employees to convert their sick leave hours balance to a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) at the rate of $25 per eight hours of sick leave at the end of qualifying employment.  Participation in the SLHC Program is voluntary and is available to employees who apply and qualify based on the eligibility requirements set forth below. 

    It is the responsibility of each employee to carefully evaluate his/her personal economic situation with respect to their own financial situation prior to terminating employment from WCSD.

    The deadline to submit this form for the end of the 2025-2026 contract year is on JANUARY 31, 2026 at 4:00pm MST.

  • Terms of Eligibility

    The Employee must meet all of the following terms:

    • Have been continuously employed by the District for a minimum of five (5) consecutive full contract years just prior to separation under contracts that were eligible sick leave accrual. 
    •  Separate from employment with WCSD at the end of the contract year.
    •  Have a sick leave balance that can be converted as of the last day of work.
  • Please enter your WCSD Employee ID, starting with a capital E, followed by the number 0 and five additional numbers.
