2026 ETI Small Agency Scholarship Application
The Minnesota Chiefs of Police Foundation will award 20 scholarships of $1,000 each to help Chiefs from small agencies with 10 or fewer officers attend the Executive Training Institute (ETI) & Expo in St. Cloud, MN - April 13-16, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements
- Agency must have 10 officers or fewer
- Applicant must be a current MCPA Voting Member
Application Deadline: Applications are due by January 9th, 2026

Terms of Agreement

I understand that if I am awarded a scholarship, I will be reimbursed $1,000 after the ETI Conference to cover my conference registration and lodging expenses. I acknowledge that if my agency receives the scholarship, my name and photo may be featured in publications to promote the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Foundation to highlight the value of this scholarship opportunity.
