1. TORRANCE retains 50% SOCAN/composer royalties on any version released, and YOU will retain the 50% SOCAN/lyrics side of the royalty.
2. Your track must contain original material that you have the rights to use.
3. TORRANCE may share your submission on social media and feature the winning entry across official channels.
4. Selected tracks may be included in a non-commercial Bandcamp “Versions EP”.
This challenge is purely for creativity and community.
