  • Progress Photos – Mandatory for All Clients

    To accurately track your progress, all clients are required to take and submit progress photos at the start of coaching.

    Photo Requirements:

    Men: Underwear (Front, Back, Side)


    Women: Underwear, Bikini, or Shorts/Sports Bra (Front, Back, Side)


    Photos are used for accurate progress tracking and may also be used for marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.).

    Your privacy will always be respected and photos will never be shared without professional discretion.

  • 1. Cancellations
    Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client.

    2. Late Arrivals
    Sessions are 1 hour long and will not be extended due to lateness or interruptions caused by the client.

    3. Results 

    I understand the results of any training program or coaching course are guaranteed and my progress depends on my effort and cooperation in and outside of the sessions.

    4. Injuries

    I understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous exercise. If I happen to sustain any injury while participating in the fitness program. I acknowledge that my Trainer (Nathan Thomas) is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by the gross negligence or intentional act of my Trainer.

    5. Information Accuracy
    I confirm that all information provided is correct to the best of my knowledge. I have sought and followed any necessary medical advice. All information given will be kept confidential.
