    Scholarship Eligibility
  • Applicants must be in their second year or more of employment as an employee or caddie at Castle Pines Golf Club. Employees must work a minimum of 275 hours during the 2026 season, and caddies must complete at least 25 loops during the 2026 season. All required hours and loops must be completed by your last day of employment. Note: Holiday shifts do not count as double; hours and loops are calculated based solely on actual hours worked or loops completed.

Eligible applicants must plan to attend a community college, 4-year college, or university. Scholarships are available for associate’s, undergraduate, and graduate degrees. It is important to note that children of Club Members are not eligible.

    General Conditions

An employee offered one of the CPSF scholarships must agree to the following conditions before accepting it:

    1. Scholarship awards will be paid directly to a student’s educational institution.

    2. Scholarship money can be used for tuition, fees, room & board, and/or books for up to one year from the date that you are notified of your award.

    3. If you do not enroll, drop out of school after fall semester/term, or if your academic performance falls below your school’s minimum standard for receiving financial aid after the fall semester/term, any remaining scholarship dollars must be returned to the Castle Pines Scholarship Foundation.

    4. The scholarship is not available to students attending any of the United States of America military academies, because at these academies, expenses covered by CPSF scholarships are already paid by the United States government.

    5. Employees who have received scholarships in previous years are encouraged to reapply for an award each year. Previous recipients will be evaluated against all applicants each year and are not guaranteed to receive a new award.

    6. All scholarships may vary in amount from year to year depending upon funds that are available and, possibly, other factors.

    7. Scholarship grants are determined by the Foundation’s Distribution Committee and approved by the Foundations Board of Directors after considering the applicant’s financial need, work ethic, character, leadership ability and any special civic or scholastic achievements.

    8. Club Supervisors and Department Heads are consulted for relevant information regarding applicants.
