LOCAL VANTAGE & BUY LOCAL MAGAZINE – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Publication All advertisements are published in the Buy Local Magazine, produced by Local Vantage Co. LLC. The magazine is distributed by mail and through regional pick-up locations across Wyoming.
Advertiser Content Responsibilities The advertiser is responsible for providing high-resolution logos, photos, and detailed information for their advertisement within 24 hours of reserving space.
It is not the responsibility of Local Vantage Co. or its representatives to source or create content on behalf of the advertiser beyond what is provided.
Payment Policy Payment is required at the time of reserving space unless other arrangements are made in writing by Local Vantage management. No refunds will be issued once space has been reserved. Ads will not be printed without full payment or management approval. If collection is required, the client agrees to pay all costs, including attorney fees. Discounts will be void, and the highest published rate will apply. The client remains personally responsible for all charges.
Contract Discounts
Discounts are available for advertisers committing to four (4) consecutive issues within the same regional publication. Advertisers will be set up for ACH drafts two (2) weeks prior to each press deadline.
Contracts are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If an advertiser breaches the contract, they must pay full (non-discounted) price for all ads placed up to that date.
Premium Placement & Exclusivity Premium placement (e.g., covers, inside covers, centerfold) is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Local Vantage reserves the right to deny any business or advertisement for these positions. Exclusivity is not guaranteed — other similar businesses may appear in the same issue.
Proofing & Revisions Advertisers will receive a proof for review and approval. Proofs must be approved within 48 hours of receipt, unless otherwise agreed upon with the ad rep. Advertisers may request up to three (3) revisions at no charge. Additional revisions are billed at $50 each. If the advertiser fails to approve the ad within 48 hours of the press deadline, the ad will be printed “as is,” and full payment remains due.
Accuracy & Liability The advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content provided, including text, images, and trademarks. Local Vantage Co. LLC assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, or legal infringements (including copyright or trademark violations).
Cancellations Once space is reserved and payment is made; no cancellations or changes are permitted.
Digital & Social Exposure Each print ad may be featured digitally on Buy Local’s social media and marketing platforms. Timing and frequency of digital exposure are determined by the Company’s discretion and may vary by campaign or issue.
General Terms Local Vantage reserves the right to edit or refuse any advertisement at its discretion.
Advertiser agrees to these Terms & Conditions as a condition of publication.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
