Unknown Paranormal LLC is committed to conducting ethical, respectful, and responsible paranormal research and investigations. All members and volunteers are expected to uphold the following principles at all times.
1. Respect for Clients and Property
Investigations are conducted only with explicit permission from property owners or authorized representatives.
Clients are treated with dignity, confidentiality, and empathy.
No investigation shall interfere with religious beliefs, cultural practices, or personal boundaries.
Property shall be left in the same or better condition than it was found.
2. Honesty and Integrity
Evidence shall not be fabricated, altered, or misrepresented.
Findings will be reported honestly, including inconclusive or non-paranormal results.
Unknown Paranormal does not guarantee paranormal activity or outcomes.
3. No Exploitation
Unknown Paranormal does not charge fees for investigations.
Team members shall not solicit donations, tips, or compensation during investigations.
Clients will never be pressured into follow-up investigations, services, or spiritual practices.
4. Safety First
All investigations prioritize the safety of team members, clients, and property.
Investigations will not proceed in unsafe environments.
Team members must follow established safety protocols and use equipment responsibly.
Illegal activity, substance use, or reckless behavior is strictly prohibited.
5. Evidence-Based Approach
Investigations are conducted using a rational, evidence-based methodology.
Natural and environmental explanations are considered before paranormal conclusions.
Equipment is used as a tool for documentation, not as definitive proof.
6. Confidentiality
Client identities, locations, and personal information are kept confidential unless written consent is provided.
Sensitive cases will not be publicly disclosed without explicit permission.
7. Media and Documentation
Audio, video, and photographic documentation will be used responsibly.
Content shall not sensationalize, exaggerate, or mislead the public.
Client anonymity will be respected when requested.
8. Team Conduct
All members and volunteers represent Unknown Paranormal LLC and are expected to behave professionally.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Team members must respect leadership decisions and investigation protocols.
9. Cultural and Historical Sensitivity
Historic sites, cemeteries, and culturally significant locations are treated with respect.
No provocation, taunting, or intentional disruption of environments is permitted.
10. Accountability
Violations of this Code of Ethics may result in suspension or removal from the team.
Leadership reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the organization.
