Option 1 - Pay full stud fee ($2500) and if one or no puppies born, you will get a free repeat breeding. Repeat must be used within a two-year period from the date of original breeding.Option 2 - Pay service fee ($1000), when litter is born remaining $1500 is to be paid within 3 days. If one puppy or no puppies - there is no free repeat breeding and no refund.

Terms:

Only the actual mating of the dogs listed is guaranteed by this contract. It does not ensure pregnancy or the birth of puppies.
Before being approved for the planned breeding, the above-described bitch must show proof of passing clearances for Hips, Elbows, and DNA testing done (proof of being Dilute free).
Unless using FROZEN SEMEN - To successfully breed using shipped semen, timing is the most important aspect. We emphasize that the Bitch undergoes an ovulation test. Results of progesterone testing in ng/ml are preferred. As you start the testing, we kindly ask that you keep in touch and let us know as soon as you have any results. This will support our collection and shipping plans.
Before the initial shipment, unless prior arrangements have been discussed the Bitch Owner is responsible for paying for shipping boxes and extenders ($160). - All shipping charges are the responsibility of the bitch owner and must be paid with either a Fed Ex account, a credit card, or added into the service/stud fee. Only the actual stud service is negated on repeat. All other cost such as shipping, extender, boarding, etc. are bitch owner's responsibility
ElKens is NOT responsible for loss of semen during shipping or late arrival.
As the stud owners, we retain the right to refuse breeding at any time. A Repeat may be refused under these circumstances:
- Failure to timely notification bitch is in heat.
- Failure to pay agreed upon fees on first breeding.
- Failure of notification of no litter within one week after due date.
Any puppies produced are to be sold to dilute-free families or kennels (no breeding for dilute is allowed). Any puppies not retain by breeder - shall be sold as "Limited Registration" only.

Payment Notes: We accept Check (make payable to Eleonore Diehr) or Zelle. Unless prior arrangements have been made any remaining balances must be paid in full within 3 days of the litter being whelped). Full payment must be made prior to signing off on litter registration.
