      Cake Composition
      All of our cakes are crafted with soft, airy 3-layered chiffon and filled with fresh cream. Add-On Fillings are available. *Bento-style cakes are made with 2 layers of chiffon.

      For the outer layer and decorative details, buttercream may be used depending on the complexity of the design to ensure structural stability and a refined finish.

      For special occasions such as weddings or events where the cake may need to be displayed for extended periods, we use buttercream exclusively, as fresh cream cakes require refrigeration.

      If you prefer your cake to be made entirely with fresh cream, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request while ensuring the design remains beautiful and structurally sound.


      Packaging
      All standard cakes are packaged in a classic white cake box and include 1 complimentary candle.

      Clear gift box packaging with ribbon is available for an additional $10.

      Bento Cakes are packaged in a lunchbox-style box, finished with a ribbon, and include one complimentary candle and wooden fork.

      All of our cupcakes are made with a soft, moist sponge cake and topped with our signature Italian buttercream that’s smooth and not overly sweet. Each order includes 1 base flavour + 1 buttercream flavour. If you’re ordering multiple sets, you’re welcome to select additional flavours per order.

      Please note that colour customisation is only available with vanilla buttercream.
      Flavoured buttercreams will naturally reflect their ingredients in both colour and taste (for example, matcha buttercream will appear green).

      Each batch is thoughtfully curated with a signature flavour profile, crafted to achieve a balanced harmony of taste, with textures designed to complement every bite. Elevate your cookies further with our premium toppings—such as Valrhona chocolate fèves for extra pools of melted chocolate. We also offer custom flavours, allowing you to mix and match and make each batch uniquely yours.

      Please note that certain flavours or toppings may naturally affect the cookie’s appearance and texture. (For example, Valrhona fèves create rich pools of melted chocolate, while matcha may add a soft green hue.)

      An 8" square sheet is typically cut into 9 pieces, or 16 smaller bite-sized portions.
