Participant (and Participant’s Parent/Guardian if Participant is a minor) fully understand that participation in the Launch Pointe Recreation Destination & RV Park event/activity exposes Participant to the rick of personal injury, death or property damage. Participant (and Parent/Guardian if applicable) herby acknowledge that Participant is voluntarily participating in this event/activity and agrees to assume any such risks. Participant (and Parent/Guardian if applicable) hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue the Launch Pointe Recreation Destination & RV Park & or the City of Lake Elsinore for any injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, to in connection with, participant's participation in the event/activity from whatever cause, including the activity or passive negligence of Launch Pointe Recreation & RV Park and or the City of Lake Elsinore or any other participants in the event/activity. The parties to this agreement understand that this document is not indeed to release any party from any act of omission of "gross negligence," as that term is used in applicable case law and/or statutory provision. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the event/activity, Participant (and Parent/Guardian if applicable) here agree, for Participant (and Parent/Guardian if applicable), heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that Participant (and Parent/Guardian if applicable) shall indemnity and hold harmless Launch Pointe Recreation Destination & RV Park and or the City of Lake Elsinore from any and all claims, demands actions or suits arising out of or in connection with Participant's participation in the event/class. If Participant is a minor, Parent/Guardian hereby consents to treatment of Participant for any and all medical procedures deemed necessary as a result of accident of injury. Parent/Guardian further agree to pay any and all costs incurred as a result of such treatment. Participant (and Parent/Guardian if applicable) hereby five permission to Launch Pointe Recreation Destination & RV Park and or the City of Lake Elsinore to use Participant's photography for promotional purposes and such photography's belong to t he City of Lake Elsinore. No payment of any kind will be made. PARTIIPANT (AND PARENT/GUARDIAN IF APPLICABLE) ARE AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND SIGNS IT ON PARTICIPANT'S (AND PARENT/GUARDIAN'S IF APPLICABLE) OWN FREE WILL.
