I understand that any falsification, misrepresentation or material omission of information submitted on this application will constitute grounds for denial or immediate dismissal from employment.

    I authorize all persons, schools, employers and other organizations mentioned in this application to provide The OneLove Family Foundation with any and all information requested by The OneLove Family Foundation related to qualifications for employment. I hereby voluntarily release The OneLove Family Foundation and any other person or entities from any and all liability related to the provision of such information. 

    I further understand that any job offer will be contingent upon satisfactory replies to background, reference checks, and that information about the content and scope of such checks will be furnished to me if I make a written request for such information within a reasonable time.

    I further understand that an employment/volunteer position with The OneLove Family Foundation may be conditioned upon the results of a medical screening examination, skills testing and my ability to provide satisfactory documentation of my U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S within 72 hours of the commencement of my employment.

    I understand that nothing in this application for employment/volunteering is intended or should be construed as an offer, agreement or contract of employment.

    I further understand that employment/volunteering at OneLove Family Foundation is at-will which means that both the employer and the employee are free to terminate the employment relations at any time, however it is recommended that either party provide at least two weeks notice.

    In the event that I am employed or hold a volunteer position at OneLove Family Foundation, I agree to comply with all of its employment policies. The OneLove Family Foundation reserves the right to change or amend policies from time to time. If and when this is done, all employees will be notified and open for discussion, questions or concerns. 

    No supervisor, representative or other person at the OneLove Family Foundation has the authority to make any agreement that is contrary to the foregoing without the written approval of either of the founders: Nestor Romero and/or Maria Jimenez.

    This information to OneLove Family Foundation is considered current for one year only. At the end of this period, if you are still interested in employment or a volunteer position, it will be necessary for you to reapply by filling out a new application.

  • Consent & Authorization for Background and Records Check

  • The OneLove Family Foundation is dedicated to creating a community rooted in love, trust, harmony, and service. As part of our onboarding process for employees and volunteers, we seek to ensure alignment, safety, and integrity in all who serve with us.

    By signing this document, you authorize the OneLove Family Foundation to conduct the following checks in connection with your application or ongoing service:

    1. Credit History Check
    To evaluate financial responsibility for positions involving stewardship of funds, resources, or sensitive information.

    2. Criminal Background Check
    To verify lawful conduct and ensure the safety of our community.

    3. Reference and Character Check
    Contacting personal, professional, and community references to assess your integrity, reliability, and suitability for service.

    4. Motor Vehicle Records Check (if applicable)
    For roles requiring transportation or vehicle use, your driving history may be reviewed to ensure compliance with safety standards.

    5. Akashic Records (Soul Record Check)
    In alignment with our spiritual mission, we may request access to your Akashic Records (also known as Soul Records) through an authorized reader, with your explicit permission. This process is conducted with the intention of ensuring soul-alignment with the Foundation’s vision and values. Participation in this step is entirely voluntary and requires your consent.

    Confidentiality
    All information obtained will remain strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of determining eligibility, alignment, and suitability for service within the OneLove Family Foundation.

    Authorization and Consent
    I hereby authorize the OneLove Family Foundation to conduct these checks I have indicated:

  • I understand that I have the right to refuse any of the above checks. Refusal may impact eligibility for certain roles.

    I release the OneLove Family Foundation, its representatives, and any individual or entity providing information from liability for any claims arising from this process, provided the information is collected and handled lawfully and respectfully.
