  • ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Please read the information below carefully, as it contains critical details about this show, your obligations if cast, and the St Mark's Players in general.

The most critical points about this show and the St Mark's Players are as follows:

    1. You will be expected to be at rehearsals on time, and ready to work.
    2. We are an active company where everyone in the cast and crew participates in load-in during tech week, moving sets, resetting from church to theater and vice versa each weekend and during weekday resets, and striking the show following our final performance. Everyone is expected to participate in these endeavors. Tasks during these activities will be assigned to match your capabilities by the stage manager, but all cast members must participate.
    3. Please list all known and potential conflicts when you fill out the conflicts calendar. Be sure to include EVERYTHING. We generally can work with your schedule if we know of conflicts in advance. If some new conflict should arise, you are expected to communicate immediately with the Stage Manager.
    4. We are a welcoming and inclusive community theater company. We put people first. We strive to be a safe space for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, ability, or gender and sexual orientation. Everyone involved with the Players must support these ideals.
    5. We perform on Thursdays at 8pm, Fridays at 8pm, and Saturdays at 8pm. There is one Saturday matinee performance during the second weekend of shows at 2pm.
    6. All cast members must pay a $20 script deposit in cash (refunded when script is returned undamaged). Cast members are also responsible for their own shoes and make-up.

Please read and select "Yes" for each of the items below acknowledging your agreement. If you have a concern about any of the requirements listed below, please select "No" for that item and do not agree to be cast until you have your concerns resolved.
